[WSBARP] Nonjudicial Foreclosure and Bankruptcy

Hi Listmates,

I was recently conducting a nonjudicial foreclosure on real property in Snohomish County when the debtor filed bankruptcy. We obviously froze the foreclosure process at that time, and eventually the court ordered that the property was released from the stay.

My question now is do I have to start the entire nonjudicial foreclosure process over with a notice of default, or can I revive it from where it previously was in the timeline. Case law and statutes didn’t seem to provide me with an obvious answer.
