[WSBARP] Referral - Estate Planning/Medicaid Planning Client

Hi everyone,

I have a prospective client in Auburn who needs some relatively straightforward estate planning, but he is also looking to apply for Medicaid.

I would normally handle the estate planning myself, but he has some ideas about how his estate plan should be structured to qualify for Medicaid that differ from how I would ordinarily approach it. I think he would be better served by first consulting with an attorney who has experience with Medicaid eligibility and planning and also handles estate planning.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an attorney in the Auburn/South King County area who handles both?
