Owner of Lake WA shoreline property in N Seattle looking for land use attorney help in potential response to proposed development on neighboring property. Site requires a variance because it’s smaller than standard lot size. Comments due Wednesday apparently - I just got the referral request this past weekend. Happy to send link but info is -
