[WSBARP] Civil Suit for Damaages against former tenant

I have a PC who is looking for an attorney to bring a suit against a now evicted tenant in Bellingham, Washington.  The claim involves damage to the property, removing personal property of the owner, and there is also a removal of a rhododendron (so possibly timber trespass).  Is anyone interested in this?
