I run into a RE Contract once in a blue moon.  I prepared a revocable living trust for clients, and one of their properties is under such a contract. Am I correct that in addition to a quit claim deed we should do an amendment/assignment to the real estate contract? Anything else that I may be missing?  Thank you in advance 😊
