As you may know, WSBA is engaging in a pilot project regarding regulating entities offering legal services. The Solo and Small Practice Section invites you to join an event they are hosting at noon today via Zoom - please see the below message from Nick Pleasants, Chair of the SSP Section:

As Section Chair, I am excited to invite you to a Town Hall meeting this Friday 5/22 at Noon to discuss the new Entity Regulation Pilot Project<https://www.wsba.org/about-wsba/entity-regulation-pilot>. We heard from a lot of members that you are concerned about entities (including those without individuals licensed to practice law) being allowed to deliver legal services in Washington. Now is your chance to ask questions about this program and what we can expect in the coming years. Applications have begun, and you can see a list of Entity Regulation Pilot applicants<https://www.wsba.org/about-wsba/entity-regulation-pilot/applicants> with status and applications.
