That is what I was thinking as well.
Would a Bill of Sale still be the appropriate "instrument" if the conveyance was to be a gift or an inheritance?

Dear All:
PC owns a cabin that is located on US Forest Service land. The land is identified by a county tax parcel number. PC wants to sell the cabin. I am familiar with the US Forest Service requirements regarding revocation/transfer of the USFS permit. However, I want to make sure that I am handling the county recording requirements correctly.
Because just ownership of the cabin is being conveyed/transferred and not the land that it is on, would one of the three statutory forms of deed still be applicable? Or would some other form of transfer document be more appropriate to record with the county?
In advance, thanks for your help.
