[WSBARP] Getting to Someone at DOL

Hi, Listmates.
I used to have numbers for some of the folks at DOL that dealt with suspended licenses. These used to circumvent the general Customer Support. They are no longer working.
It's a long-shot 'cause the world doesn't work this way too much anymore, but...does anybody have an e-mail or direct-line phone number for one of these folks? I'm trying to talk to them about a bankruptcy filed in part to unsuspend my client's license.
