[WSBARP] Referral Needed for PC

Hi Listmates,

We have a PC matter that our office is conflicted out of due to a separate representation.

A PC real estate agent borrowed approximately $14,000 from a New York lender that finances home-related expenses pending closing. PC apparently required two extensions, which were supposed to cost $800 each. According to PC, the lender then filed a UCC against her commission and ultimately took approximately $31,000 from her commission proceeds. PC states that all communications and agreements are documented and in writing.

Any referrals are welcome.
