[WSBARP] Perfecting transfer of real property via CPA

I recommend that you just re-record the Death Certificate, but this time referencing the affected property in the cover sheet.  When you submit the REETA, attach a copy of the CPA and reference the earlier recording number – like so:

1.  Spouses make community property agreement in 1969
2. Spouses record community property agreement in 2024.
3. Spouse 1 passes in 2026
4. Attorney (me) checks recorders' and finds that death certificate has already been recorded (probably by funeral home?) but as a stand alone document

5. Attorney (still me) wonders if she can record a REETA by itself in order to perfect the transfer of the title from spouses as married couple to Spouse 2 as a single person referencing the recording numbers of the CPA and death certificate. Attorney can't get anyone in the recorder's office to answer the phone
