[WSBARP] Looking for expertise in dealing with 403(b) plans

Hi, Listmates.

A potential client is struggling with managing his 403(b) retirement plan/fund. He's switched employers, is above retirement age, is getting conflicting information from the plan administrator as to what he can and cannot do with the funds, required minimum distributions, etc.
Not my area, seems kind of specialized. I'd like to be able to send him to someone who has some knowledge of...I guess the intersection of the IRS code and ERISA?
Any names I can pass on to the gentleman?
