[WSBARP] Request for Referral

Dear All:
A retired professional engineer contacted me about a complaint lodged by Benton County against him for work relative done to a development project that he is no longer working on.  The complaint puts the Client at potential risk of losing his professional engineer's license.
Have you handled any matters like this, or do you have any recommendations for who might be able to help this fellow?
