Subject: [WSBARP] preliminary injunction forms?

 

Gaah-Need to file ASAP for a preliminary injunction in a quiet title action,
to prevent defendant from demolishing improvements. Does anyone have a brief
or form on the Ch. 7.40 RCW and CR 65 standards they could provide, so I
don't have to reinvent the wheel? Anything to get me started would be
appreciated.
