Hi, Listmates.
A potential client for someone else, as it's not my lane of travel. Workman allegedly caused a fire at a house he was working on (damage limited to a room), and has to deal with the homeowner's insurance as well as his own (he's licensed and bonded). It happened just last week, the homeowner's insurance has contacted him, and he in turn has contacted his own. He needs someone knowledgeable to navigate the process. Spanish speaking helps, especially for legal terms, but his English is very good.
I'll pass on any names of folks who are interested.
