Hi, Listmates.
Maybe I waited too late on Friday to ask, but:
I have a business client who has been approached by a neighboring business, who is offering to sell my client the small adjoining property. So, buyer and seller have found each other. They only need someone to do the transaction process-the contract, the escrow etc.

1. Any ideas on hiring a real estate agent / broker just to do that piece? Is that common? What does the price generally range from?

2. Alternatively, any attorneys here who do that service who are interested?
Thanks.

Best Regards,

Dave Culbertson
