Good monday morning, esteemed colleagues! I have clients who require a geotechnical expert to assess the safety of new landscaping, filling, and re-grading in and near an ECA (steep slope, stream buffer).

Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. We will be suing the seller so I am looking for someone comfortable with litigation. Thanks in advance!
