Hi Listmates:
Clients, husband and wife, are transferring their real property to an Irrevocable Trust. One parcel is jointly held, no problem with both as Grantors. Second parcel is separate property of wife. Can the husband transfer his community property interest to the trust on the same deed as wife, or does it require a separate quitclaim deed?
Thanks much.Tom
