Try Farallon Consulting. I used to do a lot of work with them back in my environmental cleanup days. They are based in Issaquah and now all over the west coast. They have hydrologists, Geotech etc.

Dear Listserv:

This request is being posted on both the real estate and the solo & small practice listservs.

PC has property on the middle fork of the Snoqualmie River in North Bend, WA (King County).

The severe flooding in December 2025 damaged the frontage of the property such that a retaining wall of rocks needs to be reinforced.  PC understands that this involves permits and coordination to proceed because the property is on the river.

Can anyone recommend a Consulting River Engineer for this project?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
