[WSBARP] Value of Basic Award RCW 11.54

Hello,

I am trying to calculate the value of the basic award under RCW 11.54.020 (no property involved). The statute says to divide the CPI from October 2025 by the CPI from October 2021 and then multiple that number by $125,000 and round up to the nearest $1,000.

Unfortunately, there is no CPI from October 2025 because of the government shutdown.  Does anyone know if it is likely that the October 2025 CPI will be calculated at some later date?  If not, any thoughts?  Using August 2025’s number, I come up with $151,000 for the basic award.
