[WSBARP] defunct DOT & trustee

Hello all

I'm doing a quiet title case to eliminate a deed of trust securing an 
old note that was either paid off or is unenforceable due to the statute 
of limitations. Do I need to name the trustee of the DOT in my 
complaint?
