[WSBARP] Order of Sale in King County

Hi Listmates,


I’ve received a default judgment in a judicial foreclosure in King County. I also filed a Motion for Order of Sale and received a signed Order of Sale from the Judge, but the County is now telling me that they need Orders of Sale signed by me and a Praecipe presented to the court in person or by mail.

Can anybody please give me guidance on these next steps to get to a Sheriff’s sale?
