[WSBARP] Seller Disclosure Statement - Successor Trustee

Trustees are NOT exempt, but of course they can complete it "don't know". Of course if they do know, that could be a problem later.

The buyer can always waive it, but it doesn't sound like this buyer wants to.

Subject: [WSBARP] Seller Disclosure Statement - Successor Trustee

Listmates:

Surviving Trustor has died and the house, owned by the Trust is being sold.  Buyer's agent wants a form 17 disclosure.  I know Personal Representative's are exempt from providing such form under RCW 64.06.010.  However, I do not see such an exemption for this situation where the Successor Trustee, of course, has never lived in the home.  Have any of you dealt with this situation?
