[WSBARP] REET Affidavit Exemption for Legal Name Change

For the easement I would use the new name and say " who took title as" _____.  You could also add something that says see cause # ---- for name change if you want to be really helpful to subsequent readers.  I don't think you need to record a new deed.

I do a lot of property transfers that are exempt from REET for various reasons but have not ever had a legal name change situation. Client needs to record an easement and now has a different name than when client took title. Curious which WAC exemption is typically used for this.  None of the listed ones seem to apply.
