[WSBARP] Advice: Using staffing agencies for paralegal hire

Finding a competent and experienced paralegal is one of the most difficult issues for our firm.  Ads on the regular platforms yield an assortment of Baristas, gas station store clerks and foreigners that have never practiced in the US, let alone WA.   I have not used the services because I find them over priced and no guarantee the person will stay.   They are combing the same ads  as I am so I don't see the value.  Just my 2 cents.
