Hello listmates - sorry if you're getting this twice, and / or if your practice is nowhere near Seattle.

Our neighbor is renting the ground floor of his three story townhouse, behind ours. His last tenant was a law firm that grew out of the space, so I volunteered to post to this list.

600sf ground-floor, courtyard-facing unit is available in our Columbia City live/work brick townhomes. There is a sliding glass dividing wall in the middle of the room and ceiling soundproofing. It features a modern heat pump/air conditioner and radiant heat. There's a shared entryway to the courtyard and the office has a dedicated interior door.

The front four townhomes house a coffee shop, a tutor, an investment firm, and us. Two of the back four house an architectural firm and an ad agency. One is residential.

Rent is $2,150/month, utilities included, 3-yr minimum.
