Patrick: I deal with these cases regularly, and this one will involve title insurance because of the encroaching house. I am hired regularly by title insurers to defend and prosecute title claims. Would be happy to discuss with the client. I actually have an active case right now involving an encroaching house with title  claims involved.  Happy to talk to the PC. -Greg Ursich
