[WSBARP] WAC Exemption for Recording QCD to finalize a boundary line adjustment

Need (or surveyor needs to)  to record a Quit Claim Deed to finish a
boundary line adjustment that is already approved.  I looked at the WAC real
estate excise tax exemptions but do not see one that applies.  What do you
use in this case?
