[WSBARP] Boundary Line Adjustment Procedure

I have done a number of boundary line agreements over the years.  I always
worked with the surveyor who provides the survey showing the new agreed
boundary line.  Clients came in saying they need such an agreement.
However, I found that a City had already approved a boundary line adjustment
between the two properties.  The surveyor has provided a sketch showing the
proposed boundary line adjustment.  What are the steps to finalize the
adjustment?
