>From my experience, if you find a good process server — that knows the requirements of 59.18 — they will handle the process for you. 



But, I've also had experiences in rural counties where the process server didn't understand the requirements for service and I had to reserve it by coaching the landlord through the process. 



If you're having the landlord serve it their is a host of issues to contend with, even with a single tenant. Do you have any specific curiosities or concerns about multi-tenant service?
