Hello listmates,

I have a PC who needs an Estate attorney in Benton County.  This is a situation where his father passed away and then soon afterwards his stepmother passed away.  Neither one had a will.  Now the stepmother's son is the PR for the probate of his mother and it is looking like he is possibly taking all the assets or wanting to take all the assets owned by the step-mother and father and not following their wishes.

Does anyone recommend an Estate attorney who works in Benton County and is familiar with TEDRA actions?
