[WSBARP] Need Appraiser Recommendation

Dear All:
PC owns real property that has two dwellings along with horse boarding and training facilities.  Although a realtor who is familiar with equine property has opined as to a market value, PC would like to hire an appraiser to provide an "official" appraisal based on an on-site inspection.  Property is located in Buckley, Pierce County, Washington.
Who do you recommend for an appraisal of this nature?
