Listmates,  I have a client needing representation in Oregon.  Venue is Multnomah county.  Someone with securities background would be helpful.  It appears that an " Investment Company"  may have made off with the investor's money.    Smells like a scam / Ponzi scheme.  It has been around for many years but suddenly no dividends, no information lots of BS excuses.  Lots of red flags.    Several million at stake, my guy is in for well over a million himself.   All referrals will be forwarded to the client.  Thanks
