Dear All:
I am working on a matter involving real property that is owned by Pacific Telephone and Telegraph, a predecessor of AT&T.  In the phone numbers I have called for AT&T, I always seem to reach customer service, where thier representatives always sound like Sergeant Schultz from Hogan's Heroes: "I know nothing."
Do any of you have suggestions for how I can reach an appropriate person at AT&T to discuss real property that they own?
