[WSBARP] Nuisance Action Against Derelict Property

Dear Listmates:
The derelict conditions on one property within an HOA violate the CC&Rs and the county codes in ways that constitute both public and private nuisances.
Have any of you handled a similar case on behalf of an HOA (or a neighbor) and, if so, would you be willing to share an example of a complaint you used?
