Subject: [WSBARP] Snohomish County Simplifile

Does anyone have the ability to e-record using Simplifile in Snohomish County who may be amenable to recording a deed for me? I only need to do that every year or two in SnoCo, and the County has discouraged me from jumping through all their hoops for such minimal usage. Of course, I will pay the fees and costs.  It is so much more convenient than recording by mail. I live in Kitsap County.
