[WSBARP] Expert on Restaurants and/or Fast Food

Fast food tenant defaulted on a commercial lease. As to Landlord's mitigation damages, lease provides "Landlord may recover from Tenant all damages incurred by Landlord for necessary renovations and alterations of the Premises for uses that are similar to Tenant's uses." I need to find an expert on restaurants and/or fast foods who can compare the replacement tenant to the prior tenant.
