[WSBARP] Agreement referrals welcome

Greetings Listmates,

A client of mine now has a life partner and they live together in her house.

They plan on building an ADU and making other improvements for which the life partner will contribute funds.

I would need a referral for an attorney who can help with an agreement as to how to make things ‘fair' for the ‘investing' life partner when the property is sold, etc.

I can address things to some extent in the client’s Will, but cannot do more because of a conflict of interest.
