[WSBARP] Quiet title action - lost fulfillment deed, and deceased creditor

Craig,
I recently had a similar one where I was able to get the heirs of the
deceased creditor to sign a fulfillment deed after they satisfied the title
company that they were the proper heirs. The deceased creditor had no Will
so we had to do a No Probate Affidavit for all the heirs to sign. The
Title Company (Nex Title) approved it.
Good luck,
