[WSBARP] CA and WA licensed attorney

Listmates.  I have a client with a convoluted multi jurisdictional mess. A commercial resort property in WA  with the conflicting parties all living in CA.  Some involved entities were formed in other states.  A poorly drafted settlement agreement drafted in CA that is ambitious as to controlling law. Hence the need for someone licensed in both CA and WA. Plenty of family dynamics just for added intrigue. Client wants out of settlement agreement. A delightful mess for those that like puzzles. Any takers?
