[WSBARP] Dumb question re tax sale

In my insurance defense days, I had to appear in a couple bankruptcy cases
and fight over the "automatic stay" - my recall (mind you this was 11 years
ago and it is entirely possible the laws have changed) is that the
automatic stay stops EVERYTHING involving the party and their assets. This
would include a foreclosure auction.
