I have a client who needs an attorney to assist in an area of law in which I do not practice.  I don't have all the facts, but he says he needs to speak with someone who handles disputes involving Sound Transit expansion and property acquisition, displacement, and land use.  Location is Pierce County (specifically Lakewood).
