I represent two partners in a Real Estate Limited Partnership that is over 40 years old. We are preparing to bring a lawsuit to dissolve the partnership as against the general partners and sell the main asset of the partnership, a commercial property. We now need to find the missing partners and/or their heirs. Has anybody had luck with any sites for online research/ background checks?
