Hello All,

I am looking for a real estate litigation attorney for a client located in Gig Harbor, WA. The issue is that the client owned two parcels of land. Client sold one of the parcels via statutory warranty deed but alleges that the 2nd parcel was conveyed via quit claim deed fraudulently and the client now needs assistance to get the property back.
