Hello,

I have a client who inherited property with her brother through her mother's living trust.  One of the properties is in King County and one of the properties is in Lewis County.  The mother has passed away, and the properties need to be transferred to them.

Does anyone have a referral for an attorney to help them with this and any other trust issues?
