My pleasure!  Their fee to call a sale is more than reasonable and they are very flexible if I need to make last-minute changes, or change from calling a sale to announcing a continuance.  If you want the cashier's check to be delivered to you on the same day, make sure you let them know or they may deliver on the following Monday.   Good luck!

I use Gary's Processing to call my Trustee's sale.   Their website has information on trustee's support in each county and your time and location lines up with theirs: https://garysprocess.com/washington/

Dear All:
Client is foreclosing on a piece of property located in Pend Oreille County.  The Trustee Sale is scheduled to be conducted on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Pend Oreille County Courthouse in Newport, Washington.

  1.  Could any of you be available to call the Trustee Sale at that time?  It is quite the drive from here in Tacoma.
  2.  What are the qualifications required for a person to call a Trustee Sale?  Does it have to be an attorney?  (FYI, I received a recommendation to use the Pend Oreille County Sheriff, but their office says that they do not do that.)
