You can search for comparable space currently listed through the Commercial Brokers Association.<https://www.commercialmls.com/search/usersearch#/search/map@47.99365397449924,-122.19508477417028,12/?bounds=48.0965966728075,-122.0668537255863,47.890505497002444,-122.32331582275427> That will show you what other LL's are asking in the area - although of course that doesn't mean that's actually fair market rent. But it's a start.

Hi, folks.
I have a client who has a commercial property, I'm helping her get a lease together to start renting some of it to a tenant. My problem to solve is how to price it. Any advice or resources on how to figure out the market rate for commercial rentals in Everett / Marysville areas? (The type of space would likely go to a service-type business like a dog-grooming business or a some similar retail services business.
