[WSBARP] Brown Site (?) Advice and Representation

Client owns real property that is leased to client's sons and used for a fire suppression business  (client sold/passed the business to sons).  Sons are selling the business (buyer will also lease the land from the client) and potential buyers are paying for a Phase 2 study of the real property (concern is fire suppression foam, etc.)  Everyone is lawyering up for this technical situation and client requests referral to an environmental law attorney.  Business is located in Skagit County.
