[WSBARP] remote online notary verification?

I have recorded RON signed deeds without a problem. The notarial act of another state is given "full faith and credit under Article IV, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution"  by Washington State, just like a properly notarized document in Washington is accepted by another state.

I have received a PDF deed executed by electronic signature of the grantor and a remote online notary, and am being asked to record it. How can I verify this is a properly signed original? Is it even a properly signed and acknowledged original under Washington law?
