[WSBARP] Condo Judicial Foreclosure

Two questions re: judicial foreclosure of a condominium unit by the HOA (BTW, I am posting this for another attorney in our office - not my matter).


  1.  This is going to a Sheriff's sale. When the HOA bids its judgment amount, is there still an opportunity for claiming a deficiency judgment?
  2.  When the sale concludes, what is the mechanism for obtaining possession of the unit.  I know in the DOT foreclosure statute there is an express reference to performing an unlawful detainer, but I don't know if there is anything specific with a judicial foreclosure.

Ideas?
