[WSBARP] memory care liability

A colleague’s family member walked out of a memory care unnoticed three times because of lack of sufficient supervision by staff. The police had to be called each time to find this person on the street. Is there a lawyer who deals with breach of contract claims or other types of liability as a memory care facility?
